Return & Refund Policy
Memberships, Payments & Cancellations
1. General Policy
At Olympia Fitness Club, Bahraich, we strive to deliver the best fitness experience to our members. Please note that due to the nature of fitness services, all membership fees, training packages, and program enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been made.
2. Membership Fees
All memberships (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) are non-refundable after purchase. Members are encouraged to carefully review available plans before enrolling. Fees once paid cannot be claimed back under any circumstance, except where legally required.
3. Personal Training & Special Packages
Payments made towards personal training, nutrition plans, or other special packages are also non-refundable. Rescheduling of sessions may be allowed based on trainer availability and prior notice, but unused sessions cannot be refunded.
4. Cancellations & Freezes
Membership cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, under exceptional circumstances (such as medical conditions supported with valid documentation), management may allow a one-time freeze of membership for a limited period, subject to approval.
5. Products & Merchandise
Any gym merchandise (e.g., supplements, accessories, clothing) once sold is not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is defective at the time of purchase.
6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be processed if payment was deducted more than once for the same transaction, or if a technical billing error occurred. In such cases, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bahraich courts, Uttar Pradesh.
